Hundred Up Challenge!

I’m finally jumping on the bandwagon and trying the “Hundred Up Challenge.” If you haven’t heard of this, you must be living under some sort of rock. It has been all over the online running community, especially since Christoper McDougall gave it a raving review. The concept is pretty simple: Repeat an exercise where you lift each leg 50 times so that it’s parallel to the ground. Neat Graphic of Race Times

While looking at someone’s profile on dailymile, I noticed that someone won something from Road Warrior Running. I thought I could win something so I registered. The site then directed me to Road Race Results so that it could collect my info. I guess they mine the sportstats race results or something because most of my Ontario race results were already there. The site then took all my results and created this really neat graphic: I think the graphic is very neat and tells a nice story.
