This is absolutely not running related, but I thought it was fun to share. I’ve been playing the Pokémon video games since I was 11 years old. My favourite of the 649 (and counting) creatures is Bulbasaur. He’s not the most useful, powerful or versatile, but still my favourite. A little while back I found this graphic on tumblr that describes me surprisingly well.

New years, milestones and transitions often make me get involved in self-reflection. I went through a busy 2012 and loved almost every minute of it. I’m very proud of that year, but it’s time to focus on 2013. I find myself in transition once again in 2013. Being newly single (again) I find myself being very introspective. Like the Monday nutrition tips, you can look forward to safety tips!
