Oakville Half-Marathon Pace Report
Last Sunday I had the pleasure of pacing the Nutrience Oakville Half-Marathon. It was my 3rd time pacing this race, and my slowest pacing assignment yet! I previously I discussed how I “accidentally” registered for this assignment. Toronto Sprint Spartan Race Report
On Saturday, July 18 I ran SURVIVED my first OCR (obstacle course race), the Toronto Sprint Spartan Race. Goodlife Fitness Toronto Marathon Race Report
Marathon number 9 is in the books! This race was a long time in the making. It’s my first “serious” full-marathon since the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon in the fall of 2012. I’ve run two Walt Disney World Marathons since then, but those are much, much slower and definitely less serious. I wrote about my goal, preparation and potential post-race rewards in earlier posts.
