January in Review
One month has passed in 2014 and I guess this is a good time to check on those New Year’s Resolutions (spoiler alert: It’s not going well). Goal: SET A NEW HALF-MARATHON PB (< 2:03:22) Status: Doubtful in the short-term The Chilly Half-Marathon is in less than 31 days. Time is ticking down and it’s starting to drive me a little bit nuts. Disney Medals
I imagine that you’re all getting sick about hearing about my Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge. Well, here’s one more post about it! Here some pictures of my Disney Medals from the past 3 years! Dopey Hangover and Hitting The Books
I got home from the WDW Dopey Challenge without to much damage to my body. I did have a cold which convinced me not to exercise for a few days. I’m acutely aware I ate too much while at Disney World, but I was on vacation! So much food at Disney! I’m also acutely aware that post-race blues are not only common but also troublesome.
