Someone in my clinic was talking about how he enjoyed the data he was getting from his heart rate monitor. He asked how to get his most accurate resting heart rate. I told him the best time is right after you wake up in the morning. He said he might forget to check, so I recommended that he sleep with the heart rate monitor on.
