I Need A Bike?

The peer pressure to move into triathlons is tremendous. It’s like there’s supposed to be a natural progression from distance running is to move to distance swim/bike/run. And the thought of completing an Ironman Triathlon is an undeniable life-achievement for the bucket list. My friend Hong Vuong recenty completed his second Ironman Triathlon! Fall Training Schedule

Before anything else in today’s post, I want to highlight a comment that Prudence made to yesterday’s post about my Pizza Dream. I’ve never had my dreams analyzed, and her description gave me a lot to think about! I love everyone’s comments, but this one took the cake (or the pizza…) On to today’s topic… I whipped up a little something for myself for the next 6 weeks. Unusual Dream…

So, I had a really strange dream on the weekend. I thought that my lovely readers would get a kick out of it. I was dreaming that I was running a race.
