Which Spring Marathon Should I Do?
I’ve committed myself to the Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge, the Chilly Half-Marathon and the Around The Bay 30k. In fact, I have high hopes of breaking my old Half-Marathon PB of 2:03:22. I’m also strongly entertaining the idea of tackling a full-marathon in May and hopefully beating my full-marathon PB of 4:34:44. The question I ask myself is which spring marathon do I want to race? Niagara Falls Half-Marathon Race Report
Close enough. Those are the words I would to describe my race last weekend at the Niagara Falls Half-Marathon. It’s certainly a different experience from Toronto. As I mentioned in this post, this was to be the penultimate race of this rather lackluster season. I wasn’t feeling 100% so I didn’t set the bar too high. STWM 5k Goals and Prep
On Sunday, I’m running the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon 5k. After I finish I plan to find a good spot to cheer on my many friends that are running the half and full! There’s A LOT of you racing this weekend, so rather than risk missing anyone, I’ll just say GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! I find it a bit unusual at all that I’m getting amped up about a 5k.
