Yay for fad diets?

I’m very apprehensive posting this, but I imagine sharing this will be a bit of motivation. I’ve always been overweight or obese, and this running and fitness thing is a very recent development in my life. Although I’ve made great improvements in my health, my body composition and weight have become stuck at a certain point. Now that I see some of my former students passing me, I realize I need to step up my nutrition to keep up. I actually had a really good handle on my weight about a year ago. Fundraising for the Trillium Health Centre!

  This Sunday, I am going to be running the Mississauga Half-Marathon as a fundraiser for the Trillium Health Centre Foundation. And, in honour of fundraising, I decided I’m going to run it in a costume! About the Trillium Health Centre   The Trillium Health Centre is a hospital system in Mississauga and Etobicoke. The original Trillium Health Centre was founded when the former Mississauga Hospital and Queensway hospital were merged.
