My Grand Plan!
I re-ready my post from the beginning of this summer 2011 race season where I set my goals and planned the season out. Obviously, things did not go as I had planned last season: My cross-training fell off the map, my weight increased and my times for all distances got worse! Pre-Race Jitters
Apparently I have readers now. Thank you to all 5 of you! Please leave comments to let me know that you are out there… I have a race coming up in about 9 days and I’m surprisingly nervous about it. I’m running the Highland Yard 10k in Minden. The very first race I ran was the Highland Yard 5k last summer, so it feels like a kind of milestone or anniversary.
