Nobody wants to be in hospital. But it happens with accidents, illness, and the birth of babies. If hospitalization ever happens to you or a loved one, here’s some advice on surviving the ordeal. Some of these items may not apply for very short stays, but certainly should provide some guidance. Staying at a hospitals certainly isn’t comfortable. Hospital Funnies

The illness journey was pretty dark and hard (that’s what she said). But looking back there were a few moments of levity. Early in my hospitalization I was very confused. Not sure if it was the neurological auto-immune illness or the drugs that were treating it, but I was certainly not sober. What Did I See?

I’m still recovering from my health incident, and I’m hoping that the worst of it is behind me. During that period I almost died, at least once. After hearing that, quite a few people eventually ask me the same question: “What did I see?”. I don’t discourage anyone to ask that, in fact if positions were reversed I may ask the same question.
