Dopey Training: Week 6
Seasons’ Greetings everyone!! Just over two weeks until the Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge! It’s hard to believe that it’s so close! This was a challenging week because of holiday season food. I attended 4 distinct Christmas Parties and each of them had food. I hope that didn’t jeopardize my weight loss momentum! I’m thankful the scale tells me I’m still heading in the right direction! Dopey Training: Week 5
Another week closer to the Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge! Bring it on you seven dwarfs!! Dopey Health Stats Weight: 203.2 pounds Body Fat %: 27.2 Resting Heart Rate: N/A Average Hours Sleep: 7.8 (8.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8, 8, 7.5) I was hoping last week’s weigh-in number wasn’t a blip because of the tummy trouble I had in week 3. This week’s number confirms it! And I’m able to start seeing it visibly too! I’m surprised how consistent I am for hours of sleep! Dopey Training: Week 4
I’m very glad to be healthy enough to run again after that distaster the week before. I only missed about 3 runs and it started to drive me nuts! And I did my whole first Dopey Simulation! I felt really bad that I had to bail last week, but very proud of myself that I finished this week! The miles were important, but it had even more value to me mentally: I proved to myself I could get up and run early 4 days in a row.
