Toronto Marathon Goals!
It’s less than a week now until the Goodlife Fitness Toronto Marathon. I was greatly apprehensive when I registered last MAY, but I’m feeling pretty good about it now. It’s been an interesting season. I started the season in November by buying a custom training plan from Project Run S.M.A.R.T to follow to the goal race. I kind of abandoned it a month or so later, but I liked the concept and I hope to apply it to my next season. Exercising During A Cruise
In 2012 I was on a cruise ship and had some interesting exercise adventures. On my most recent adventures on the Celebrity Century in South-East Asia, I had some new exercise adventures. I was busy during this vacation, visiting many ports. But sea days between the ports were genuine vacation. I could have just baked in the sun like most of the passengers.
