The Unicorn Weeps
I felt like I should write something. A few people messaged me to see if I was in Boston. Although I dream of qualifying and running the Boston Marathon some day, I’m glad I wasn’t there this year. The Boston Marathon is the Superbowl of running. It is THE highlight of the year for the global running community. There have been stories for weeks talking about the medals, finish line, course, and inspiring training journeys. Supporting 33km

My group was invited by Nicole M. to do this 33km route with the Winston Churchill Running Room’s Marathon Clinic. So we got a big group together to do the last 33km of the Mississauga Marathon! The 20 Strictly Running Commandments
I saw this on Tumblr the other day, and was very impressed. It is on the Tumblr page of Geeky Girl Fitness. The link to the original post is here. She probably reblogged it from somewhere else originally. Don’t be a whiner. Nobody likes a whiner, not even other whiners. Don’t make running your life, make it part of your life.
