Seasonally Appropriate Engineering Drawing
One of my jobs at work is to review engineering drawings submitted by external contractors. The coordinator for reviews sent this to me this morning and marked it as urgent. The jargon is so spot-on that it took me a moment to get in the spirit. Enjoy! Dopey Training: Week 5
Another week closer to the Walt Disney World Dopey Challenge! Bring it on you seven dwarfs!! Dopey Health Stats Weight: 203.2 pounds Body Fat %: 27.2 Resting Heart Rate: N/A Average Hours Sleep: 7.8 (8.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8, 8, 7.5) I was hoping last week’s weigh-in number wasn’t a blip because of the tummy trouble I had in week 3. This week’s number confirms it! And I’m able to start seeing it visibly too! I’m surprised how consistent I am for hours of sleep! On RMR and Calories
I saw this posting in Tumblr and was moved to reblog it and share it here. It’s about Basal Metabolit Rate (BMR) and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR).
