Another Juice Cleanse

My wife and I just finished another juice cleanse from Total Cleanse. It’s similar to the one we did in September. But this time we did four days instead of three. And this time we did the “Immunity Kit” instead of the “Refresh Cleanse” The process was easy again. We actually ordered it on Boxing Day using a promo code we got via email. Slow Oats Recipe

Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, I imagine a few people are looking for ways to recover from the binge family eating. I thought this would be a good time to share a clever breakfast that my wife discovered and we have been enjoying for weeks! “Slow Oats” are like oatmeal, but instead of cooking the oats quickly with high heat or boiling water, the oats are “cooked” by soaking them overnight. New Food Pledge

Change is hard. It’s really hard. But, after about four months in the hospital, I am scared enough to not want to go back. And I’ve seen family and friends languish in hospitals, and that motivates me to to turn it around.
