Follow Friday: The Plant-Based Scientist
Last week’s Follow Friday post was the humourous musings of Mark Remy. This week is something completely different: A scientific-ish blog about health and nutrition from an expert-in-training. Mobile Phone Trouble
This is a non-running post about aging technology and a nasty consequence of the new Wireless Code of Conduct. If you’re on a three-year contract, consider yourselves lucky! I just got a plan for my mom and I’m glad she’s guaranteed her rate for 3 years! It’s been almost 3 years, but my trusty Blackberry 9800 Torch is starting to die on me. Dopey Training: Week 4
I’m very glad to be healthy enough to run again after that distaster the week before. I only missed about 3 runs and it started to drive me nuts! And I did my whole first Dopey Simulation! I felt really bad that I had to bail last week, but very proud of myself that I finished this week! The miles were important, but it had even more value to me mentally: I proved to myself I could get up and run early 4 days in a row.
