Egg Nog Jog Race Report

I ran the Egg Nog Jog 10.8k presented by Georgetown Runners last Sunday. This was a tough race! It was even tougher than I expected!! But, I’m glad to say I finished it and got some great photos! Garmin Repair

The strap of my Garmin Forerunner 410 running watch was breaking. After about 2000km, I’m not surprised. The strap of my old Garmin 405 broke twice, so I’m rather used to this. It seems to break at the place where it clasps with the other side of the buckle. It’s just wear and tear, butI hope they’ve fixed it in the next generation of watches.           The first time my watch strap broke, I contacted Garmin in the states to order a replacement. Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas 5k and Half-Marathon Race Report

I had quite an experience in Las Vegas during the Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Race Weekend. There were great races, Vegas Hospitality and Entertainment, a family reunion and a VIP race experience, rolled into a whirlwind of 4 nights!
