Training Update
As you might imagine, my “Grand Plan” hasn’t been materializing the way I would have liked. There are some good and bad in there, and I think I’m learning to accept that. I was swimming twice a week for a few weeks. I was able to do 2000 metres in about 50 minutes. I’m pretty happy about that. However, when I entered that data into my Dailymile account, it estimates I only burned 600 calories in that hour. When running, I burn double or triple that rate!
