This has been a working month. I’ve really been working hard but it’s exhausting. I was working really hard for most of the month. However, I kind of fell off the wagon in the last week or so of the month. Fatigue just piled up and I kind of spiraled out of control with poor food choices, poorer sleep, and fading motivation. I started August with a vacation which did wonders, but it doesn’t erase the fact that I fell apart a bit at the end of July.
