New Diet: Week 8 – It’s Working
I lost another pound this week! This has me really excited. I’m under 200 pounds for the first time in a while!! My family is even commenting that they think I’ve lost weight.
I was a little worried that this steady weight loss was unsustainable. However, with good sleeping habits, good effort into workouts and the addition of swimming to my routine, I think I should be able to keep down this path. Hitting a milestone like this might cause me to rest on my laurels, but I think it’s just even more motivating to see that the plan is working.
Since I started this diet plan I’ve lost 9 pounds. I’m about half-way to my final goal. With the mileage and intensity ramping up for my runs this week, I think I’m well on my way!
