July 2015 Motivation Board
I haven’t done one of these motivation board type posts in a while. But this set felt kind of important so I thought I’d share it. In particular, I think I’ve finally gotten over complaining about exercising. I have to keep trying hard and and embrace that this grueling schedule is good for me and I have to trust that it will result in successes. Early Morning Workouts: An Ode to #5amRunClub
I’ve been running at least once a week in the VERY early morning this season for at least 6 weeks now. I’ve done it before, but I think is the first time I’ve consistently kept renewing my membership in the #5amRunClub.
