Date Event Goal Time Chip Time Gun Time 2012/12/26 Boxing Day 10 Miler <2:00:00 1:54:20 1:54:45   Today I ran the Boxing Day 10 Miler in Hamilton. I ran it last year in a time of 1:47:15. However, I was pretty sure I wasn’t going to beat that time this year because I’m feeling sick and rather undertrained. This race report is pretty late… like almost 2 months late. I apologize. It was mostly done a long time ago but I was waiting to see if there any picture of me. Regrettably, no. Date Event Goal Time Chip Time Gun Time 2012/09/08 Energizer Night Race 55-60 min 57:51.27 58:34.71 Oh the lovely Energizer Night Race. Highly touted, novel, and I’m sure it’s a lot of work. Hero Story

I certainly don’t consider myself a hero of any sort, but the Trillium Health Centre Foundation just posted a bit on my Mississauga Half-Marathon fundraising campaign. I’m in their Hero Gallery. Paul doesn’t need a superhero cape to prove that he is an everyday hero. But the cape fit, so he ran with itĀ in support of Trillium Health Centre FoundationĀ at the Mississauga Marathon.
