Gluten-free burgers/ Loco Moco
Last time I posted about a meatball recipe that didn’t go quite so well. So, I took another shot at it, but this time to make burgers or meat patties for a loco moco. The last time I posted about loco moco was before I figured out my dietary restrictions, so it had egg and gluten. Not this time! This time, making the burgers from scratch! Loco Moco Recipe
Here’s a recipe for something different, and a little exotic, but strangely quite familiar. When my wife and I went to Hawaii for our honeymoon, we had to grab a quick lunch during a stop on our bus tour of Oahu. We were at the Dole Pineapple Plantation and had only a few minutes to grab something for lunch. We saw something on the menu called “Loco Moco” we were not disappointed!
