Another simple addition to my recipe collection: Rice Krispies. We made this because we had lots of leftover marshmallows that we didn’t want to go to waste. It’s a classic of childhood, but also gluten free, which is all the rage right now. The recipe is essentially the one from the Kellogg’s Rice Krispies website.
