Oops, I Did It Again

You think I’d learn after this, this and this incident! But, I overtrained myself into the ground, again! I was pushing really hard on Monday and Tuesday. On Monday I ran 17km which was all I could do at the time. Early on Tuesday morning I swam 2000 yards at the pool. Then on Tuesday evening, against what should have been better judgement I ran another 5km. And, as I should expeted, I woke up feeling terrible on Wednesday. Operation Manatee!

Fall Wishlist/Rewards

I made myself a little wishlist back in May. I did get the shirt and I quite like its steampunk pattern. I bought the book, but I haven’t read it yet. I think it’s time to start a new little wishlist for the fall. Since I’m tracking my spending starting September 1 as part of my new fall habits, making a shopping list seems prudent. Speaking of being prudent, one of my lovely readers named Prudence made a great comment on this post recommending that I use these things as rewards for achieving a goal.
