Just in time for Easter, Disney has announced a new series featuring a plucky, loveable bunny protagonist. Bucky O’Hare and the Toad Wars was an animated show that aired in 1992. The franchise also included comic books, video games, and toys. So, this post is slightly out of the usual, but it was so clever that I HAD to share it. I’ll be honest, I don’t watch the Gotham TV series. I sometimes see glimpses of it on TV, but mostly I’ve learned about it through things people post on Tumblr. The show is essentially a crime drama, but it is set in the Batman comic book universe shortly after Bruce Wayne’s parent’s are murdered and long before he dons the cape and cowl. #TBT Old Yearbook Posting

I received a notification on Tuesday that a photo had been added of me to an alumni website. The photo is a scan of a page from a 2006 university yearbook. It’s funny that I have absolutely no recollection of writing this incredibly nerdy blurb, and yet I can wholeheartedly believe that I wrote it. During the 2005-2006 academic year, I had a position in the engineering student government as “Sponsorship Director.” The job was to try to find free money for events and publications.
