Gaming Withdrawl
I just realized it’s been over 6 weeks since I sat down to play a video game. Part of my overly ambitious plan from May involved packing them away. That didn’t work at the time, but it’s kind of happened by accident. And I have mixed feelings about the whole situation. I was well aware of how much time I would spend on video games. My Typical Breakfast
As I mentioned in a previous post, one of my new fall initiative to track my food intake more carefully. One simple part of this tracking is that I have the same breakfast almost every day. My typical breakfast consists of the following: Two slices whole wheat/grain toast Cream Cheese or margarine Microwave poached egg Banana Glass of Skim Milk I’ve had this same breakfast almost every day for much more than a year. Falling into New Habits
Someone whom I care deeply about has moved a little further away for school. This makes me sad that it won’t be as easy to see her or see her as often, so I’ve decided I need to keep myself busy and distracted. In a morose way, it also give me the opportunity to redouble my training and organizing efforts.
