Don’t Believe I Got Injured…

I don’t believe it, but I am injured. After a set of running drills and hills on Tuesday night, I felt some soreness in the bottom of my left foot. I suspected it was the early stages of plantar fasciitis so I did my usual foot stretches and massage. When I woke the next morning, the top of my left foot had seized. New Diet: Week 8 – It’s Working

I lost another pound this week! This has me really excited. I’m under 200 pounds for the first time in a while!! My family is even commenting that they think I’ve lost weight. I was a little worried that this steady weight loss was unsustainable. However, with good sleeping habits, good effort into workouts and the addition of swimming to my routine, I think I should be able to keep down this path. Blog Name?

I have decided that this blog should have a name. This blog used to be called “Not Running Away” but I got rid of that because I didn’t like starting the title with a negation. I still plan to call it paulradcliffe.me, but I think the blog needs some sort of subtitle.   There are a lot of cleverly named blogs I follow like ChatterRunGirl, Running With Spatulas, Breaking My Runners In, I’ve Always Been A Joiner and Barefoot Journey, just to name a few.
