Egg Nog Jog Race Goals

This weekend I’m running the Egg Nog Jog 10.8k presented by Georgetown Runners. There are SO many “short” runs in December, but this year I’m doing this race! I’ve been meaning to do this event for years, but because of it’s small cap of 600 runners, it usually sells out really early. I jumped on it this year and registered at the end of September!     There are some neat things about this race I’m looking forward to. It has a medal, which is nice. Las Vegas “VIP” Experience

As promised here’s another post about my Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas Race weekend experience, the VIP Experience. You can read about the race details in this post, but this post will focus strictly on the VIP Experience. Let me preface this by saying I don’t necessarily like that there are “two-tier” experiences now fora  lot of services. I don’t like that certain people get special treatment, to the detriment of other customers. Garmin Repair

The strap of my Garmin Forerunner 410 running watch was breaking. After about 2000km, I’m not surprised. The strap of my old Garmin 405 broke twice, so I’m rather used to this. It seems to break at the place where it clasps with the other side of the buckle.
