Improved Bone Broth Recipe
I posted a bone broth recipe last June, but I’ve made some improvements, so I thought I’d share this “tweaked” version. Changes from the original recipe include replacing chicken bones with beef bones, replacing red wine vinegar with apple cider vinegar, removal of onions, salt, and pepper, the addition of ginger and seaweed, and brewing for a much longer time. I brew my bone broth in an Instant Pot, but I imagine other pressure cookers work too. Sweet Potato Biscuits Recipe
I’ve shared some different iterations of my sweet potato biscuits on Instagram and gotten a few requests for its recipe. So, by popular demand, here’s my recipe for sweet potato biscuits. My naturopath got me into bone broth last winter. It’s a drink or soup that contains the results of boiling bones and veggies. It contains collagen, which seems to be in a lot of highly marketed supplements and skin-care products.
