Smart For Life Protein Bar Review
A while back I was unhappy to discover that the Protein Bars I was using from Premier Protein contained the artificial sweetner sucralose. I have since finished with that brand of bar and moved onto something much better. I have been using Smart for Life brand Protein Bars for several months now and I’m very happy. Unusual Dream…
So, I had a really strange dream on the weekend. I thought that my lovely readers would get a kick out of it. I was dreaming that I was running a race. That kind of dream is not unusual, well, not unusual for me anyways! And I knew it was a race because I was a water/aid station. I was expecting the usual cups of Gatorade and water. Going Low-Fodmap
A member of my household has been told by a doctor to go on a low-fodmat diet. It’s a less extreme version of going Gluten-Free for Celiac disease, which is becoming increasingly common. So I’m going to support her by going along for the diet change as much as I can! From what I understand, people on need to be on low-fodmap diets to prevent severe irritation to the intestines.
