December Review
One last review for 2015! This review almost seems a little redundant because I’m about to publish a 2015 general review. But, there were specifics of December I’d like to comment on separately from the 2015 overall review. I started the month of December on a cruise. November Review
November was a rather odd month for me. I counted the New York City Marathon as being part of the October review, and that seemed rather appropriate given it fit in nicely with the intensity of that month. November essentially began with recovery from that marathon, which was a big change from the whole season. That kind of break wasn’t great for my weight, but such a break was also quite necessary. Start your New Year’s Resolutions NOW!
Welcome to December, the last month of 2015! My how the times flies! This is a very busy time of year for everyone with Christmas parties and holidays, probably travelling, and then New Year’s Eve celebrations. Many people make New Year’s Resolutions to try to correct some overdosing they may have done over the holidays. I published New Year’s Resolutions at the beginning of 2014 and 2015.
