I’m quite happy to write another anecdote about a medal. Like I said in the post, I’m happy to tell a story about each medal. I guess it’s because I like story telling and reminiscing. With A Whimper…

I’m experiencing several different ailments and several things are very wrong with me. Until I get this cleared up, I am suspending all of my running indefinitely. I have already withdrawn from pacing the Mississauga Marathon. My race last Saturday at Harry’s Spring Run Off was exceptionally painful. My left foot has been falling asleep during runs for a while, but usually circulation comes back after a while. But my foot was asleep this entire race, and the right one too at some points.
