I have been doing a lot of cooking and posting some of the pictures to instagram, but it has been a while since I posted a recipe. Earth Day: Consider a Tankless Water Heater

Today is Earth Day and I wanted to share an economical and realistic idea of trying to do something for the Earth. Over the last year there was a lot of unhelpful talk about completely ending all use of fossil fuels immediately. It’s a laudable goal, but without a massive improvement in technology, massive reduction energy consumption, and/or population dive of biblical proportions, we aren’t going to independent of fossil fuel use any time soon. Depending on how you measure it, we’re in about the 4th week of the COVID-19 or coronavirus pandemic. So many things are closed. Life as we know it has changed. It’s starting to feel pretty surreal. I was skeptical about all the headlines it was grabbing a few weeks ago. It seems like a narrative-driven media hype. I didn’t think it was much worse than the common flu. I was wrong.
