I used to have a poster from the old TV show “ReBoot” on the wall beside my bed. It was really cool and signed by the artist and series creator. I got it at Fan Expo in 2012. It was pretty interesting to look at, but I finally got tired of looking at it and decided after a year-and-a-half it was time for a change.   I keep seeing things on Tumblr about motivating yourself by creating a motivation board. Blasphemy

There’s a piece of paper I’ve been carrying in my backpack for several months. It felt like it was burning a hole in my pocket because it was time sensitive. It was like an opportunity that was ticking away. Last fall I begrudgingly withdrew from the Berlin Marathon due to injury. I got some of my money back, and I didn’t pay for flight or hotel so I was glad I didn’t lose that money. Happy New Year to all my lovely readers! And welcome to 2014! A chance to start all over again! Apparently there are a lot of you lovely readers: My site stats say that 68 people viewed my website yesterday? WOAH! Everyone does New Year’s Resolutions and promptly breaks them. Who am I to ruin tradition? :p   But, I do seriously plan to list SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-Sensitive) goals. Some of these goals are running-related, but some are not.
