Running Therapy
I get the Runner’s World Quote of the Day by e-mail every morning, and I usually see the “poster” version on my Facebook News Feed because I like their Facebook page. I particularly liked this one and thought I’d “reblog” it as part of my Monday Motivation series. It turns out the phrase “Running Is Cheaper Than Therapy” is very popular. There are products, blogs, tumblrs, and other paraphernalia touting this claim. And of course, Mark Remy pokes fun at it too. Different Motivation…
I don’t follow professional cycling at all. But a former classmate and facebook friend does. He posted this article about Lawson Craddock and Chad Haga were doing well at the UCI WorldTour. I know nothing about these athletes, but something in the accompanying photo caught my eye. Do you see it? Let me zoom in a bit. The podium Girls left a mark! Maybe I should buy a bike.
