On RMR and Calories

I saw this posting in Tumblr and was moved to reblog it and share it here. It’s about Basal Metabolit Rate (BMR) and Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR). Smart For Life Protein Bar Review

A while back I was unhappy to discover that the Protein Bars I was using from Premier Protein contained the artificial sweetner sucralose. I have since finished with that brand of bar and moved onto something much better. I have been using Smart for Life brand Protein Bars for several months now and I’m very happy.
