Top Protein Sources I’ve Recently Eaten
A while ago I talked about how I’ve been enjoying using MyFitnessPal.com to track my nutrition. In that post I also mentioned that I’ve been focusing on maximizing protein while minimizing calories. Protein is a really important macromolecule for a lot of reasons: The first and most obvious is that your muscles are built and repaired using protein you ingest. Second, and perhaps more importantly, protein makes you feel more full. A pure protein source is about 4 calories per gram.
