Neat INKnBURN Running Shirts
I first hear about INKnBURN products from blogger VanessaRuns. In fact, I recognized her by her green INKnBURN race shirt during the Walt Disney World Half-Marathon in 2012. When I was at the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend expo in January 2013, I noticed that INKnBURN has a booth. I remarked to the salesman there that I thought INKnBURN was only for ultramarathoners. Run through Culham Trail
Another photospam like last Sunday’s post! For any photo, click on it for a larger version. For this Sunday’s run, we merged the Marathon and Half-Marathon clinics together and they did 20km together through the beautiful Culham Trail in Mississauga. There were some very beautiful parts of this route, and if I can ever run again I hope to do it again. Here’s the route if anyone is interested. How much is too much?
I’m trying to find that fire and motivation that pushed me so hard a couple of seasons ago. But, maybe I shouldn’t try to push so hard. There’s risk in a sedentary lifestyle and inactivity, but I imagine being overactive can be similarly destructive. As I mentioned a long time ago, there seems to be an unrealistic ideal for fitness and body image. And while it’s inspiring to try to look like Superman or Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime, such a push can be dangerous.
