Weekly Nutrition Tip #1
This is my first in weekly installments of simple nutrition tips. I hope to release these nutrition tips every Monday for the next 18 weeks. New Diet: Week 9 – Injured but still kicking
I was really worried that I would gain weight this week. As I posted before, I injured my left foot on Tuesday night and missed two runs and a gym visit since then. I did go for my usual Monday swim, but with the missing workouts I was sure I was going to be in trouble. I’m really glad that my weight stayed the same. I’m very relieved. New Diet: Week 8 – It’s Working
I lost another pound this week! This has me really excited. I’m under 200 pounds for the first time in a while!! My family is even commenting that they think I’ve lost weight. I was a little worried that this steady weight loss was unsustainable. However, with good sleeping habits, good effort into workouts and the addition of swimming to my routine, I think I should be able to keep down this path.
