Crepes Recipe
While I was in hospital, I was privileged to attend an Occupational Therapy class that was really a cooking class. It was really to exercise dexterity and standing, but I found it a nice way to do some “therapy” while learning something new. It was my job to make the crepes, mostly because I was one of the only people in that class that could stand up at the stove at the time. Rice Krispies Recipe
Another simple addition to my recipe collection: Rice Krispies. We made this because we had lots of leftover marshmallows that we didn’t want to go to waste. It’s a classic of childhood, but also gluten free, which is all the rage right now. The recipe is essentially the one from the Kellogg’s Rice Krispies website. Ingredients: 50 mL or 1/4 cup margarine or butter 5 cups miniature marshmallows 2 mL or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal Melt the margarine in a large saucepan. LARGE. Signature Punch Recipe
There may not be a lot of running posts for a while. So, I’ll continue generating content with something different: Recipes! This is probably the simplest recipe, ever! But, I served this punch at a party recently, and many, many people asked for the recipe. This particular punch is tasty, and has quite a bit of effervescence.
