Two months since release

It was two months yesterday that I discharged from hospital. My how time flies. If someone asked me what’s new, I could cheekily answer:  Became a father Spent 3.5 months in hospital because of a rare neuro auto-immune disease Ate an awesome steak last month Bought a new couch I wonder if anyone wants to hear about the couch…? At least I finally have an official diagnosis for what happened to me: Transverse Myelitis. It’s even more rare than Guillain-Barre syndrome. Lucky me. Modified Mexican Lasagna Recipe

A couple of weeks ago I posted a recipe for a Mexican Lasagna. I have since made it again with significant improvements. The recipe is now gluten-free by using fresh corn tortillas instead of wheat. And healthier using ground chicken instead of beef. And, finally, turmeric was added for additionally flavour and anti-inflammatory properties. Changes from the last recipe are highlighted in bold. Steakhouse 17 Review: Wagyu!!

Went to 17 Steakhouse in Mississauga for the first time last week. It was a treat for my immediate family and myself.I found out about it when reading an article in inSauga about top restaurants in Mississauga (https://www.insauga.com/top-5-fine-dining-restaurants-in-mississauga).  And in that article they said 17 Steakhouse served Wagyu beef.
